Mom, without you I wouldn’t be who I am

From the very beginning

We were attached

The cord that connected our tummies

You fed me all kinds of baby food that was yummy

Mom, the way I view you

Is far greater than you will ever know

Even though you were overwhelmed at times

Your love to me, you always show

Who you are to me mom is a strong woman

With a strong mind

One of God’s greatest creations

Such a wonderful kind

A woman

A strong mother

When her child wants to quit

She pushes her child further

When a baby chick is afraid to fly

She makes a man out of a son that’s shy

She makes a woman out of a girl

She teaches and raises her children not to lie

She holds and comforts them whenever her children cry

She wipes tears from their eyes

She tells her daughter that she’s more important

Than what’s in between her two thighs

She teaches her sons to be watchful and wise

She tells her daughter she’ll make it if she always try

She's a mother

She was created for the right lover

Even if she had no mother

Even if his mother passed away

Mom would say, “I love you” if I were here today

Happy mother’s day

Without you mom, I wouldn’t be the man that I am

When kids said I couldn’t make it, mom

You always told me I can

I am a man because you believed in me mom

And a strong man I stand

Becoming the best for you, that is my plan

Becoming the best for me, because you always believed in me

Raising me to trust in Jesus

And that he has all my needs for me

You told me that you went to college at age 60 something

To encourage me

Mom, “Mary Langley”

You don’t know how much you mean to me…

I love you mom

“HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY MOTHER’S”

This poem is dedicated to my mom

“Mary Nelson Langley”

I will always love you mom, you did a great job raising me.

I thank God that you are my mom…

QUOTE OF THE MONTH:

Men and women don't quit... Men and women keep fighting until they win!

BIBLE SCRIPTURE:

Psalms 138:13-18

13. You (God) Created me completly; you knit me together

in my mother's womb.

14. I praise you because I am impressively and wonderfully made;

Your works are wonderful, I know that for sure.

15. My frame was not hidden from you (You were there the whole time) when

I was made in the secret place.

When I was woven together in the depths of the earth (From the dust of the ground)

16. Your eyes saw my unformed body.

All the days ordained for me were witten in your book

before my first breath came to be.

17. Your thoughts about me are precious, O God! There are many of them.

18. If I were to count the number of good thoughts you have about me,

they would outnumber the grains of sand.
