Poem: A gay woman created for a man
A gay woman created for a man
When I see you
I see beauty
When I hear your voice
I hear beauty
Those baggy shirts and pants
To hide her breast and booty
Really she’s nice but to avoid admirers
She has mastered how to portray like she’s moody
Hating attention
In school she was like one of the guys getting suspensions
People couldn’t believe that she even got a detention
Hating when guys admire her body
She tries to disguise her feminine walk
Within herself she knows she’s a hotty
But she still dislikes how she talk
Instead of wearing panties
She’d rather wear boxer shorts
You can usually catch her on a basketball team and court
But really she likes many sports
She comes in many sizes
From medium height to tall
From many different weights and shapes
To not very tall at all
She wears jeans boots and sneakers
She doesn’t really care to be a girly girl
Usually she wears her hair in braids
It’s rare for her to have a Shirley curl
Many like to wear jersey’s and caps
Many like guys stuff, and rap
Although they dress and look like a boy
Still somehow, guys they do attract
Maybe because she still looks so good
Maybe talking to her
Some guys still would
Maybe she wants to date a man
But because she doesn’t like how she look
Maybe that’s why she thinks she can’t
Maybe she doesn’t like the size of her waist band
Maybe that’s why she wears sweat pants
Maybe that’s why she wear baggy clothes when she dance
Maybe she wears guys clothes as a way to enhance
To create a mirage
Of who she want us to see
Maybe she’s ashamed of her looks
Maybe she hates her true identity
Maybe if she takes another look at herself
Maybe she’d see a hero inside
Maybe she’s really beautiful
And she doesn’t really have to hide
Maybe she has been hurt before
By so many other guys
Maybe there is still someone out there for her
Someone who will not make her cry
The big question is
Why???
Why does she dress like a boy?
With all these nice looking guys
Why does she keep passing them by?
Hanging with other females
Saying that their best friends
Partying all the time together
But after a while confessing that their girlfriends
What has she been through?
What made her resort to this lifestyle?
Is there a secret desire for her to marry a man?
And to walk down the marriage isle?
Who and what made her make this decision?
As a man
Why is this beautiful woman livin?
What made her?
Who played her?
Who doesn’t love her?
Who does love her?
Let me answer that
If I were there
I would hug her.
If this person I described is you
This book has arrived for you (Smile???)
No matter what you’ve been through
Nothing can stop God from loving you
He created who you are
He loves how we look
I mean, where do you think I got the strength?
And the courage to right this book?

QUOTE OF THE MONTH:
Men and women don't quit... Men and women keep fighting until they win!
BIBLE SCRIPTURE:
Psalms 138:13-18
13. You (God) Created me completly; you knit me together
in my mother's womb.
14. I praise you because I am impressively and wonderfully made;
Your works are wonderful, I know that for sure.
15. My frame was not hidden from you (You were there the whole time) when
I was made in the secret place.
When I was woven together in the depths of the earth (From the dust of the ground)
16. Your eyes saw my unformed body.
All the days ordained for me were witten in your book
before my first breath came to be.
17. Your thoughts about me are precious, O God! There are many of them.
18. If I were to count the number of good thoughts you have about me,
they would outnumber the grains of sand.
